1. Who we are
This website and the services offered on it belong to Bashira Digital LLC ("Bashira Digital", "we"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, located at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: [email protected].
2. Acceptance
By using this site or purchasing any of our services you accept these terms, our Privacy policy and our Cancellation and refund policy. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.
3. Services
We offer digital marketing, content production (including AI-assisted content), website design and development, private cloud, business email, virtual private servers (VPS), domain registration, backup and monitoring, advisory, courses and workshops. Scope, timelines and pricing of custom work are set out in a separate proposal or contract, which prevails in case of conflict.
4. Age and account details
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep your passwords safe; you are responsible for any activity under your credentials.
5. Pricing, payments and renewal
- Prices are in US dollars (USD) and applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. Bashira Digital never sees or stores your full card details.
- Monthly and yearly plans are automatically renewing subscriptions, charged to the same payment method at the end of each period until you cancel.
- If a charge fails, we retry it and notify you by email. If the balance remains unpaid 15 days later, we may suspend the service; if it stays suspended for 30 more days, we may delete hosted data after notice.
- If we change a price, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and the new price applies from the next renewal.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from My account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the service remains active until then. Refunds are governed by the Cancellation and refund policy.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to:
- send unsolicited bulk email (spam), phish or impersonate others;
- host or distribute malware, illegal content, child sexual abuse material or content that infringes third-party rights;
- attack, scan without authorization or overload other systems, or mine cryptocurrency without prior written agreement;
- create fake accounts, buy or sell engagement, or otherwise manipulate third-party platforms in breach of their rules;
- carry out any activity that is unlawful in your country or in the United States.
If we detect prohibited use we may suspend the service immediately, notifying you in advance where possible.
8. Your data and backups
The files, emails and other content you host with us remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as a data processor. We make backups according to your plan, but we recommend you keep your own copies of anything important. When a service ends, you have 30 days to download your data; after that it may be permanently deleted.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the services running continuously but do not guarantee they will be free of interruptions or errors. We may carry out scheduled maintenance, announced with reasonable notice when it affects the service. Guaranteed service levels (SLA) apply only if set out in a signed contract.
10. Domains
Domains are registered in your name and are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and ICANN. You are responsible for keeping the registrant details accurate and your plan active for renewal. A domain not renewed on time may be lost.
11. Intellectual property
Site content belongs to Bashira Digital or its licensors. For custom work, rights to the deliverables transfer to you upon full payment, except for pre-existing or third-party tools, templates and components, which we license to you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
12. AI-generated content
Some content we produce may be generated with artificial intelligence tools and human review. Please review and approve it before publishing: you are responsible for what is published on your channels.
13. Courses and tutorials
Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable license to watch it. You may not share access, resell or redistribute the material.
14. Disclaimer
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific business results (sales, followers, rankings) unless stated in writing in a proposal.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bashira Digital is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data or opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to hold Bashira Digital harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the services in breach of these terms or the law.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any dispute is subject to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
18. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page with its update date. If a change is material and you have an active service, we will notify you by email.
19. General provisions
If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These terms do not create a partnership, employment or agency relationship.
