Cancellation and refund policy
Subscriptions (email, cloud, VPS, backup, monthly advisory)
- You can cancel anytime from My account or by email. The service stays active until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again.
- 7-day guarantee: if you cancel within 7 days of the first payment for a plan, we refund 100%.
- After those 7 days there are no partial refunds for unused time, including yearly plans.
- The guarantee does not apply if the service was suspended for breaching the acceptable use rules in the Terms and conditions.
Domains
Once registered or renewed, a domain cannot be refunded because the registry charges for it immediately. If the registration fails due to an error on our side, we refund the full amount.
Advisory
- Diagnostic session: you can reschedule or cancel with a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice.
- 4-hour pack: full refund if no hours were used; once the first session starts, remaining hours are non-refundable and expire after 90 days.
Courses and workshops
- Recorded courses and tutorials: full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have watched less than 20% of the content.
- Live workshops: full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before; 50% between 7 days and 48 hours before; after that you can reschedule once, without a refund.
Custom projects
Custom work (marketing, websites, campaigns, Secure Firm) is governed by its proposal or contract. If it is silent, work already done up to cancellation is billed.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, with the subject "Refund" and your receipt number. If it applies, we refund to the original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it may take another 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact us: we can almost always solve it faster.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights granted by the laws of your country, such as a right of withdrawal for distance purchases where applicable.
