Privacy policy
1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Bashira Digital LLC, located at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
2. Data we collect
- Data you give us: name, email, phone, company, messages and whatever you tell us when requesting a proposal.
- Billing data: name, address, tax ID and payment history. Card details are received and stored by Stripe; we only see the brand and last 4 digits.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and access logs needed for the security of the site and services.
- Hosted content: the files and emails you store with us. For these we act as a processor: we handle them only to provide the service and do not look at them unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
3. How we use it
- answering inquiries and preparing proposals;
- providing, billing and supporting the services you purchase;
- protecting the security of the site and preventing fraud and abuse;
- sending you commercial updates, only with your consent (you can unsubscribe anytime);
- meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Legal bases
We process your data because it is necessary to perform the contract or pre-contract steps you requested, for our legitimate interest in security and service improvement, to meet legal obligations, or with your consent where required.
5. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set: Cloudflare security cookies, which protect the site, and Stripe cookies during checkout. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will say so here and ask for consent where the law requires it.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us deliver the service, to the extent necessary: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (network and security), Hostinger (company email), domain registrars and server providers. We may also disclose it when required by a competent authority, or to an acquirer in a merger or sale, who will be bound by this policy.
7. International transfers
We are a US company and some providers operate in other countries. By using the services, your data may be processed outside your country. In those cases we require providers to offer adequate safeguards.
8. Retention
- Billing data: as long as accounting and tax rules require (generally up to 7 years).
- Inquiries and business contacts: up to 3 years after the last contact.
- Hosted content: up to 30 days after the service ends, except backup copies, which are deleted in their normal cycle.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, restricted access and encrypted backups. No system is infallible; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
10. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy" and we will reply within the legal deadlines. If you live in the European Union, Argentina (Law 25,326), Paraguay or California (CCPA/CPRA), you may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
11. Minors
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party sites, such as WhatsApp or Stripe, which have their own privacy policies.
13. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is the one published here with its date. If a change is material, we will notify you by email.
